Biography[]
On July 1996, Willie dresses up as Uncle Sam and goes through the town, spying on naked women.
When a woman sees him, he flees before he is knocked down to the ground after being taunted by a voice.

The voice belongs to the undead Sam Harper, who goes to the pinned down Willie and uses a pair of garden shears to gouge out Willie's eyes and then cut open the outfit Willie is wearing and puts it on.
