Trevor Sheldon is the tritagonist and supporting character in the film Scream 4.
Backstory[]
Trevor was a Woodsboro teenager and was the ex-boyfriend of Jill Roberts, who ended her relationship with him after he took her virginity and then cheated on her with Jenny Randall, which caused their relationship to crumble and caused several of their friends to be angry with him.
He constantly tried to get back into the good graces of Jill but to no avail. This is probably due to Jill's secret relationship with film geek, Charlie Walker.
Scream 4 (2011)[]
He makes repeated attempts to earn her forgiveness and continue their relationship. After Ghostface's victims receive calls from Trevor's cellphone, which he claims to have lost, he becomes a suspect in the murders. Such as when Kirby answers Jill's phone when it's called by Ghostface from Trevor's phone while Kirby and Jill are watching a movie. Kirby, thinking it's Trevor, answers it, but soon becomes obvious that it's not Trevor, but the killer, who apparently knows what film they are watching and says he's standing in Olivia's closet. After Olivia Morris' brutal murder, Trevor is seen rushing through the front door of Olivia's house shortly after Ghostface has escaped, where he goes upstairs to assist a wounded Jill.
Trevor is present at the School Cinema Club meeting where he is seen giving a sinister look to Sidney which Kirby shows to Sidney using her mobile phone to access the footage being streamed to Robbie's website via his headset.
He attends Kirby's house party, claiming to having been "invited" by a text from Jill's phone, but Jill denies texting him, then Trevor interrupts Charlie's moment with Kirby before Charlie storms off, it's when Kirby angrily demands to know who invited him and orders him to get out of her house. When the true Ghostface killers are unmasked as Charlie and Jill, they reveal a tied-up and gagged Trevor, whom they plan to frame for their crimes.
He was murdered by Jill with a gunshot to the crotch for cheating on him, and then the head during her attempt to frame him for the murders.
In the kill graphics, he was named "Tr...Travis? Boyfriend Guy." by James because he pretty much had no character. This angered people in the comments.
