The Dead Meat Wiki

Terrence Lacroix (AKA "Peter") is a supporting protagonist in Abigail.

Biography[]

Terrence was native of Quebec and a mob enforcer/assassin who worked for the Montreal Broussard family. Having gotten sick of his job and getting teased by his colleagues due to his dimwitted nature, he decided to steal from his crew as revenge, not knowing that the crew happened to be part of Kristof Lazar's empire.

He and five other criminals were hired to kidnap young ballet dancer Abigail Lazar and take her to the secluded Wilhelm Manor. After the abduction, their boss Lambert meets with the kidnappers outside the front door and orders them to have Abigail setup in a room and to return downstairs in five minutes. After that, he tells them that the hard part is done and they now have to just 'babysit' Abigail, then confiscates their cellphones one-by-one. One kidnapper, Joey, asks Lambert for the girl's father's identity to which he implies that a very wealthy man is about to be $50 million dollars poor. He then gives the kidnappers code names and tells them that they have lit fires, fully stocked bar, and food in the kitchen. He walks out telling them to leave the door locked. The gang heads to the bar, where Peter and Sammy strike up a friendship

Though reluctant to continue with the plan as she was unaware the target was a child, Joey is tasked with managing Abigail, who disturbs Joey when talks about her father and apologises for "what's going to happen" to her. Joey tells Frank what Abigail said to her, and when Frank confronts Abigail, he learns that her father is the infamous crime boss Kristor Lazar, freaking him out and causing panic to erupt amongst the gang. Later, after Dean is found decapitated in the badement, the group realize that Lazar's legendarily violent enforcer Valdez must be inside the house and try to leave, but the home's security system seals it, preventing escape. Soon after, Rickles is killed, and the rest of the group go to confront Abigail, to whom Peter points a gun at. Before he can start shooting, however, Abigail reveals herself to be a vampire. She attempts to bite Peter, but Frank shoots her and knocks her off of him. When she sits back up unharmed, the group locks her in the room. Frank then sends Peter and Sammy out to get stakes and garlic to combat the vampire child, even though Sammy mistakes a bag of onions for garlic.

When Sammy, Frank and Peter find Abigail, they find that she is immune to garlic, and Peter has his chest stabbed repeatedly with a crucifix necklace, but he and the others survive and walk away. Later, whilst looking for Abigail again, Peter is chased by the vampire girl and Frank opens a door which inadvertedly pushes him over a railing. When the others manage to gang up on Abigail, they manage to knock her out with drugs and lock her in the elevator, but not before she bites Sammy on the arm. After Abigail wakes up, she reveals that she planned everything, and Lambert works for her. She then freaks the survivors out when she reveals that she knows their real names and backstories. Abigail effortlessly escapes her confines and attacks Frank, but Joey rips wooden planks off a window to expose Abigail to sunlight, which severely wounds her.
