Phoebe Cates is a minor character in Sleepaway Camp II: Unhappy Campers.
Biography[]
Phoebe Cates was a popular camper at Camp Rolling Hills, and was the only female caper that T.C. allowed at the boy's campfire. There, Peter Baker had chosen to become a camp counsellor after having gender reassignment surgery and electroshock therapy, and was extremely against rule-breaking.
One night, Phoebe broke curfew to hang out with T.C. and other male campers at the boy's campfire. There, she told everyone the story of Camp Arawak, where Peter Baker had gone on a murdering spree five years prior. Peter appeared, interrupting her, and dragged her away from the campfire.

Phoebe bashed in the head with a log
Peter accused Phoebe of being a naughty camper, to which Phoebe told her off. She tried to find her way back to the camp but was lost, and tried calling Peter's name, but Peter appeared with a log and beat her to death with it, and then proceeded to cut off her tongue with a knife.
Later, Peter dragged her corpse to a shack, putting her corpse next to Judd's.
