Nestor Cunningham is a minor character in Tremors. He is played by Richard Marcus.
Biography[]
Nestor was a local drunkard of Perfection, Nevada, who would often frequent Walter Chang's store.
One day, Nestor and the other locals of Perfection are warned by Val and Earl that there is a murderer running around, them having discovered a farmer and two roadworkers having been murdered. One of the locals, a little girl called Mindy, notices the tentacle from a Graboid wrapped around the rear axle of Val and Earl's truck. Since the phone lines are down and the only road out of town has been blocked by a rockslide, the residents begin brainstorming ideas on how to escape.
While the residents are brainstorming, one of the locals, Melvin, is attacked by one of the Graboids. Nestor and the others rush out to help him but the Graboids continue their attack, and the group gets separated, with Nestor winding up on the roof of his trailer.
Death[]
As the Graboids continue pursuing the locals, Nestor's trailer is knocked down by one of the Graboids. He scrambles on top of a nearby tire, trying to escape the Graboids, but fails, and is pulled underground to his death.
