Giselle Hammond is a supporting character in Truth or Dare (2018). She is played by Aurora Perrineau.
Biography[]
Sometime prior to the events of the film, Giselle and her friends had gone to an abandoned church in Mexico, where they played truth or dare. During the game, one friend, Sam, got drunk and trashed the place, in the process accidently smashing a pot that contained the soul of Calux, who cursed the titular game. Because of this, the game somehow continued after they went home, and started killing Giselle's friends off one by one, until only she and Sam were left.
Sam is dared to invite more people into the game, which he does so with Olivia Barron and her group of friends. After Olivia and her friends begin experiencing the curse themselves, they do some online research, and find out about Giselle through a news article on how she lit a woman on fire at a general store as a result of the cursed game. They then arrange a meeting with Giselle online.
Death[]
Giselle, Olivia and co. meet up, and Giselle tells the friends all about her backstory. She also reveals that the demon is playing by the "two truths and one dare" rule, which means that if truth is chosen twice in a row, the next person has to choose dare. After that, Giselle reveals that she has been dared to kill Olivia and tries to shoot her, but Olivia's friend Penelope dives in front and is killed instead. Having failed her dare, Giselle is possessed, and shoots herself in the head.
