Gary is a supporting character in The Hunt.
Biography[]
Gary was a racist podcaster that blamed all of Americas problems on racial minorities. He is among the eleven captives awakening with gag and their hands tied together in a forest, for the hunt. In a clearing, they find a cache of weapons and keys to their gags. After several people get their weapons, he, along with everyone else, gets attacked by hunters who kill seven captives.
He manages to escape the area by climbing over a fence and walks down the road to a gas station where he meets another captive, Crystal Creasey. Together, they walk down a train track and they get aboard a moving train. Aboard they train, they encounter multiple refugees, who Gary claims are crisis actors, even though they have a baby with them. The train is stopped by soldiers and Crystal and Gary tell the soldiers they are Americans. Soon after, one of the refugees, Mike, tells Gary that he was an actor but the rest are real refugees and that the train stopping was not part of the plan. Angered, Gary stuffs a grenade down Mike's pants which explodes and kills him.

Gary's dead body found in the trunk of the car by Crystal and Don
A man who claims to be from the US embassy arrives, and murders Gary with a knife off screen. His body was put in the trunk of the man's car which Crystal and another captive named Don find later on after killing the man.
