Biography[]
He is the camp owner of Camp Manabe. He is supposedly Mel Kostic's son
Death[]
After getting knocked out, his head gets trapped in a bird cage. His face is then eaten by rats, which were placed by Sheriff Jerry.
His body was found later on by Ronnie and Jenny.
James gave this death the "Dull Machete" award because it was mostly done off-screen.
Frank's body found by Ronnie.
