Frances Anne is a minor character in The Belko Experiment.
Biography[]
Frances Anne was a wheelchair-bound employee of Belko Industries, a wealthy company situated in Colombia. A bomb was implanted in her head, and she was told it was a tracking device in case she was kidnapped, due to the wealthiness of Belko Industries.
After the shutters of the building came down, trapping everyone inside, Frances stayed in the lobby chatting with her colleagues. he, along with everyone else, is frightened when people's heads start exploding. Her boss Vince Agostino helped carry her out of her wheelchair to safety
She initially survives when Barry chooses ten people under 60 without children to be executed.

When Dany turned off the lights, Frances, along with everyone else tries to escape Barry Norris and his group. Frances was one of the unlucky 13 people to have been shot by Barry and his gang while escaping, as she could not go far.
