Biography[]
Evan was a recent lottery winner and the first survivor of the Route 23 pile-up to be killed.
He also owned a 1987 Pontiac Firebird.

After surviving the Route 23 pileup, he was questioned by Detective Suby and subsequently let go.

Evan is killed while attempting to escape a fire in his apartment, he is impaled through the eye by the fire-escape ladder.

- He was played by David Paetkau who would also play Dale Collins in Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem and Colby Patterson in I'll Always Know What You Did Last Summer.
- While Evan was killed first, he died second to last by burning to death in his car in Kimberly's premonition.
