Elizabeth is a minor character in American Psycho.
Biography[]
Elizabeth was a woman who Patrick Bateman was an acquaintance of. One night, Patrick took Elizabeth to Paul Allen's house, alongside a prostitute named Christie.
There, Patrick says that he'd like to see the two ladies get it on with each other, but Elizabeth refuses, since she says that she "isn't into that". However, due to Patrick drugging the ladies' wine, the three all wind up in bed with each other.
Death[]
While Bateman assaults Elizabeth, Christie tries to quietly make an escape. Before she does, however, she notices blood blossoming from underneath the bedsheets. Christie then flees the bedroom, and while running discovers numerous other dead prostitutes strewn about the apartment, including that of Elizabeth, whose body is found in the bathroom, covered in stab wounds.

- Elizabeth is played by the movie's co-writer, Guinevere Turner.
- Her refusing to go along with Patrick's lesbian fantasy is actually a little inside joke, since Guinevere Turner is actually lesbian herself.
