Dumass Beach is the main antagonist of the "Robo Hell" storyline in Tales from the Hood 2. He is played by Bill Martin Williams.
Biography[]
Dumass Beach was a prison operator and weapons manufacturer, who was working on the construction of an army of AI "Robo Patriots", which he was hoping could function as law enforcement officers by working off of information learned from firsthand experience and secondhand stories.
To help in his development of the robots, he hires Mr. Simms and invites him into his facility, so he can offer up a few stories that Dumass and his team can use to help the robots better detect criminals from the public, and thereby fill Dumass's prisons.
Despite Dumass casually admitting that he doesn't mind earning the large profits he gets from black people whom wind up in his prisons, SImms agrees to follow along with the storytelling idea, with Dumass suggesting the theme to be "Black Lives Matter". Simms complies, and tells him and his crew a handful of his stories, which revolve around a Gollywog doll which comes to life and murders a trio of teens after they disrespect a museum of racist propaganda, a group of robbers whom get murdered by a TV psychic possessed by one of their victims, a pair of would-be rapists whom are killed when their intended victims turn out to be vampires, and finally, a black councilman whom is chastisted by the ghosts of various civil rights activists due to him having supported a Republican candidate aiming to infringe on black rights.
In between him telling the stories, Simms picks up more and more on Dumass's innapropriate behaviour, watching as he blatantly gropes another employee, and later tries to disregard the rapists in the vampire story with it being a result of hormones, the excuse "boys will be boys".
Death[]

Beach's body in the back of the car
After expressing his dislike for the last story, Beach presents the Robo Patriot at a press conference, claiming that it can predict who will commit crimes against lawful citizens. When activated, the Robo-Patriot identifies potential thieves and illegal immigrants in the audience. Analyzing the stories that have been stored into its memory, the Robo-Patriot identifies "Dumb Ass Bitch" (Dumass Beach) as an immediate threat to American civilization, having analysed and picked up on his innapropriate behaviour and personality.

Robo Patriot fires lasers at Dumas and chases him, and as he runs away. Mr. Simms shows up and offers him a ride in a SUV. After Beach verbally abuses Simms (including calling him the N-word), he realises that there is a laser-beam wound in his chest, and is informed by Simms that they are not in a car. He then notices his own dead body in a coffin in the back as it becomes a hearse, Mr. Simms reveals himself to be Satan and that they are in hell. Demons then drag Beach out of the car as he screams.
James gave Dumass's death the Dull Machete because of how ambiguous it was.
