Dr. Julius Lifflander is a minor character in Basket Case.
Biography[]
Julius Lifflander was a resident of Glenn Falls before moving to New York and was a doctor. He, along with Dr. Judith Kutter and Dr. Harold Needleman managed to remove Belial from Duane with killing Belial.
One night, when he is walking home, he notices something and calls out "Who's there?". He runs into his home to call the police, to find that someone had cut his landline.
Death[]
Belial goes to Julius and tears at his face, killing him.
