Dr. James Foster is a minor character in Dawn of the Dead.
Biography[]
Dr. James Foster was presumably a resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania prior to the zombie outbreak. During the outbreak, he was invited to speak on WGON-TV to urge the remaining survivors to hand over the corpses of the deceased, so as to avoid more outbreaks, as they would reanimate. However, he argued with Mr. Sidney Berman, who did not believe him, and thought that there was no reason that minorities should trust the authorities, and hand over the corpses of the recently deceased.
