Doug Summers is one of the two main antagonists of Totally Killer.
Biography[]
In the original timeline, Doug Summers was the seemingly innocent principal of Vernon High School. Unbeknownst to anyone, however, he was also a secret serial killer. As a high school student in 1987, Doug had been in a relationship with a student named Trish. However, there were rumors that Trish had had sex with the school's PE teacher, Coach Zane. As a result, a gang of mean girls known as "the Mollys" invited Trish to a sleepover and got her heavily drunk in an attempt to make her "confess". However, Trish got upset and, after locking herself in a bedroom to cry, attempted to drive home whilst still intoxicated, resulting in a fatal car crash.
Doug was furious and devastated after learing about this, and so he decided to take revenge on the Mollys. After donning a disguise involving a rubber mask, Doug murdered the Mollys member Tiffany Clark in her own garage on October 27, 1987. Two days later on October 29, Doug would then murder another Mollys member, Marisa Song at a rural cabin, and would murder yet another Mollys member, Heather Hernandez, on Halloween in the parking lot of the local amusement park. After the three murders, there was only one Molly left, Pam Miller. However, because Pam was not involved in the sleepover that killed Trish, Doug decided to spare her.
Since all three girls were murdered by being stabbed 16 times each on their 16th birthdays, the media dubbed the culprit "The Sweet 16 Killer". The killer was never caught, and so Doug got away with the murders and proceeded to live his life peacefully.
However, after Jamie Hughes time-travels back to October 27, 1987, she ends up changing the course of history in her attempt to save her mom and her friends from suffering -- as a result, Doug kills Tiffany in her bedroom instead of the garage, and on October 29, he kills Heather instead of Marisa, perhaps because he somehow found out who Jamie was.

On October 31, Doug dons his mask and killer outfit and follows Marisa into the amusement park's haunted house, preparing to kill her and complete his path of vengence. However, Jamie, Pam and Pam's friends are planning to ambush him. After Jamie accidentally makes a noise and reveals her presence to Doug, he chases after her and tries to kill her instead. However, Kara then appears and kills Doug by stabbing him through the back with an apparently real scythe.
