Detective Samuel Kraft is the secondary antagonist of Candyman 3: Day of the Dead.
He and his partner, Sacco, are a pair of racist cops and grade-A assholes. He is thankfully killed near the end of the film when Detective Matthews shoots him in the back of the head.
James gave this death the "Dull Machete" award because it was a boring kill.
