Dean Adams is a minor character in Urban Legend played by the late John Neville.
Biography[]
Dean Adams was the principal of Pendleton University.
One night, Michelle Mancini, a student at the university, is beheaded while sitting in the backseat of her car in a downpour. The next day, word of Michelle's death spreads, but Dean Adams and campus security guard Reese Wilson appear intent to cover it up.

Whilst alone in the university's parking garage, Adams is attacked by the killer, who slashes his ankle whilst hiding under his car. As Adams tries to crawl away, the killer puts his car in drive, and it eventually runs him over and impales him on a row of severe-tire-damage spikes. Natalie later finds his dead body in Stanley Hall building along with Parker and Damon. James gave him the Golden Chainsaw because it was a good way to use something people are scared of in real life.
