Clint is the main protagonist in the "Amateur Night" segment of V/H/S. He is played by Drew Sawyer.
Biography[]
Clint was friends with Shane and Patrick. The three of them had rented a motel room and given Clint a pair of special glasses containing a hidden camera and microphone, and they planned to bring women to their motel room and secretly record themselves having sex with them, even though Clint was reluctant to go through with the plan.
The three boys head out to a local bar, where they get wasted on beer. There, Clint encounters a strange and awkward young woman named Lily, who says hardly anything to him aside from "I like you." After the boys get kicked out of the bar for being too rowdy, Clint, Shane and Patrick manage to convince Lily and another young woman, Lisa, to head back to their motel with them.
At the motel, Shane and Lisa begin making out on one of the beds, and Lily and Clint awkwardly communicate with eachother on the other bed as a drunk Patrick watches and laughs. Lisa unexpectedly passes out drunk before Shane can undress her, and Patrick and Clint tell him to back off when he tries to have sex with the unconscious woman anyway. Shane thus turns his attention to Lily and strips her naked, despite her being visibly disinterested in both him and Patrick. After getting on top of Shane, Lily tries to seduce Clint into a threesome, but Clint, having noticed that Lily's feet have claws, awkwardly backs out and heads into the bathroom as Patrick strips naked and approaches Lily.
Patrick tries to get Lily to have sex with him, but she bites him on the hand in retaliation. He rushes into the bathroom to show Clint his wound, but when he and Clint go to confront Lily about it, she suddenly sprouts fangs and her forehead splits open, revealing herself to be a demon before she savagely mauls Shane to death. Horrified by what they have seen, Patrick and Clint flee and lock themselves in the bathroom. As Clint wonders what they should do, Patrick tears the shower curtain rod off of the wall and heads back into the bedroom with it. Clint follows him and tries to wake up the unconscious Lisa. When he tries to strike Lily with the rod, however, she tackles him to the ground and savagely mauls him. As Clint watches, she then proceeds to drink Patrick's blood before tearing off his penis.

A traumatised Clint decides to make a run for it, but trips whilst running down the motel's staricase and breaks his wrist. As he lies on the ground in pain, Lily appears, and, after once again telling him that she likes him, attempts to give Clint fellatio. When Clint is unresponsive, however, Lily, believing Clint has rejected her, crawls away and begins to cry. She then begins to growl in anger, upon which Clint gets back up and runs outside. When he tries to get help from a group of bystanders, however, he is grabbed and lifted high into the air by a now-fully transformed Lily, whom has sprouted wings. Clint is then presumably killed offscreen by Lily not long after.
