Chip Winslow is an antagonist in Trick 'r Treat and one of the three secondary antagonists in the segment "Halloween School Bus Massacre".
Biography[]
Chip is best friends with Sara Perry, Macy Rutherford, and Sam "Schrader" Hader. On Halloween Night, Chip dresses up as a pirate and Macy, Sara, Chip, and Schrader meet Rhonda Curran, a Halloween fanatic, said to be a savant. The group travels to a local flooded quarry where Macy recalls the urban legend of the "Halloween school bus massacre," which claimed the lives of eight mentally challenged children in a school bus on Halloween. The driver, who had been paid by their worn-out parents to dispose of them, tried to send the bus over the quarry edge, but one of the children got loose while the driver was checking their shackles and attempted to steer the bus home, only to send the bus over the edge with the children AND the driver inside. Nevertheless, the driver escaped and the children perished. The group offers eight jack-o'-lanterns as tribute to the dead children. Then the others pose as zombies while Chip poses as a corpse to prank Rhonda, who is terrified.
Death[]
When Macy kicks a jack-o'-lantern into the lake, a group of zombie kids (the same kids that drowned in the lake the four kids were at) rise out of it. She and her friends scream in horror and as they start running, one of her friends Sara Perry begs her to save her when she is dragged away. Realizing it's too late to save her, Macy alongside Schrader and Chip run to the elevator where Rhonda is at already. He, Macy and Schrader beg her to let them in, but before they can do it, Rhonda ignores them and presses the up button as the elevator rises up with her waving goodbye. After Rhonda goes up, Schrader, Macy and Chip turn around and see the zombie kids. As the zombies come closer and closer, Macy screams in horror. He is heard screaming, dismembered and eaten alive by them along with Schrader and Macy as Rhonda reaches up through the elevator and leaves the quarry. Chip was much slower when running away from the Zombie Children compared to his peers, mainly due to his large stature with excessive fat rolls. Chip must have been a good snack for the Zombies.
