Chief Couper is a minor antagonist in The Purge: Election Year.
Biography[]
Chief Couper acted as a bodyguard along with Eric Busmalis and Leo Barnes for Senator Charlie Roan on the last Purge before the presidential election. Unbeknownst to her, Eric and Couper were NFFA spies that were sent to kill her.
During The Purge, Couper and Eric signal for a paramilitary group which wipes out all the other guards. However, Charlie and Leo manage to escape and kill two of the soldiers.

After escaping, Leo detonates a bomb that was in the safehouse, killing everyone inside including Chief Couper and Eric Busmalis.
