Charlie is a minor character in Wrong Turn 4: Bloody Beginnings.
Biography[]
Charlie was an orderly that worked at the Glenville Sanitorium in West Virginia, which was where three cannibals, the Hillicker brothers, were being kept. He was friends with the chief of staff, Dr. Brendan Ryan. Unbeknownst to everyone, while Dr. Ryan was giving a tour to Dr. Anne Marie McQuaid, the Hillicker brothers had managed to beak free of their cell.

Charlie being stabbed in the eye by One Eye
When Charlie was called in to check on the cells, the Hillicker brothers snuck up on him and pounced on him, tearing out his neck, and One-Eye stabbed him in the eye. To finish it off, Three-Finger started eating his nose.
