Cassandra Blair is a supporting character in American Psycho 2: All American Girl.
Biography[]
Cassandra was a student at West Washington College, and was good friends with Rachel Newman. She had also been having an extramarital affair with her criminology teacher Robert Starkman, who had given her a necklace after class one day.
One day, Starkman had announced that he was thinking about replacing his current teaching assistant, Elizabeth McGuire, and said he was offering his students a chance to fill in the new position. Cassandra and some other students were looking to obtain this position.
Death[]
At a farewell party for McGuire, Cassandra reveals to Rachel that her affair with Professor Starkman has guaranteed her the TA position. However, since Rachel was hoping to get that position, she later kills Cassandra by asphyxiating her, before framing the death as a suicide caused by Starkman "not loving her enough".
