Casey 'Cici' Cooper is a minor character in Scream 2.
Biography[]
Cici was a film student at Windsor College and she had film theory with Randy Meeks and Mickey Altieri.
She was staying home at the her sorority house as the "sober sister" incase anyone attending the party needed a ride.
She initially assumed that the person calling her was her drunken boyfriend Ted.
Death[]
Cici is stabbed twice in the back by Nancy and throws her from the balcony of the Omega Beta Zeta sorority house killing her on impact with the ground.
Her death is directly linked to that of Casey Becker, the killer was trying to imitate the Woodsboro murders from Scream by killing people with the same names as those victims.

- Cici is portrayed by Sarah Michelle Gellar whose other horror credits include Helen Shivers in I Know What You Did Last Summer and Karen Davis in The Grudge and its sequel.
