Blutarch Mann is a supporting antagonist in Emesis Blue. He is the CEO of BLU as well as the twin brother and rival of Redmond Mann.

Biography[]
Blutarch Mann was a pivotal figure in the ongoing conflict between two rival companies: Builder's League United (BLU) and Reliable Excavation Demolition (RED), which was owned by his twin brother, Redmond Mann. These two corporations, originally founded by the brothers, became symbolic of a larger, perpetual war over control of ultimatly worthless land and resources (According to the TF2 lore).
The siblings' rivalry had deep roots, and their enmity was fuelled by the inheritance of their father, Zepheniah Mann, who left them in competition over control of these lands.
One of Blutarch's most notable association was with Jules Archibald. Archibald played a critical role in the development and operation of the Respawn Machine. The Respawn Machine became an essential tool in the endless battles between the two companies, ensuring that no mercenary ever truly died and could be brought back to the battlefield repeatedly. However, the Respawn Machine was not perfect. It required specific, compatible test subjects to function properly.
In 1960, shortly after the U.S. Presidential election, Blutarch came into closer contact with Archibald. A pre-recorded phone call between the two men, overheard by Jane Doe, revealed a macabre situation: Blutarch and Archibald had amassed 800,000 dead test subjects, a chilling testament to their ruthless experimentation. Fortunately for them, they found ten compatible subjects for the Respawn Machine, marking a breakthrough in their ability to perpetuate the ongoing conflict with RED.
Blutarch's first in-person appearance occurs at Jules Archibald's funeral and the death of whom was a major setback. Blutarch mourned Archibald's death at the age of just 58, saying ''He was just a kid.''. However, the funeral was interrupted by his brother Redmond, who accused Blutarch of having a hand in Archibald's death before quieting down as the Funeral was beginning

After Fritz Ludwig escapes from Archibald's coffin and shoots the Detective, Blutarch quickly orders his shofar to help him escape before Fritz has the chance to kill his bodyguard, which he does moments later. As Blutarch makes his getaway, he frantically yells at his driver to ignore all the red lights and speed away. This reckless driving leads to a car crash instantly killing his driver. Although Blutarch survives, he's badly hurt and calls out for help. Just then, Mr. Doe finds him and ends the struggle by showing him 'mercy' and shooting him in the head four times.
