Billy Metzner is a minor antagonist in Jack Frost.
Biography[]
Billy was the son of Jake and Sally Metzner and the younger brother of Jill. He lived in Snowmonton. Though he appears to be a mute in his first scene, he is actually a bully, one of his victims being Ryan Tiler.

While bullying Ryan, Billy knocks the head off off Jack Frost, thinking it was Ryan's snowman. An enraged Jack pushes him into the path of an oncoming sledder and he is decapitated by the sled's blades.
