Billy is a minor antagonist in Halloween Ends.
Biography[]
Billy was a friend of Terry's and he and his friends arrive at the local minimart, but upon discovering that his friend Billy does not have his fake I.D, attempts to get Corey Cunningham, who had just exited the store, to go back in and buy them beer. Corey refuses, and Terry realizes that he is the babysitter accused of killing his charge three years earlier. He and his friends start taunting Corey, so much so that the latter breaks his glass bottle in his hand, and Terry pushes him to the ground. Laurie Strode arrives and yells at them to leave Corey alone. Terry taunts both Corey and Laurie, calling them a psycho and a freak show, before going into the market. While Terry is inside, Corey and Laurie slash his tires.
While driving with his friends, he later encounters Corey walking home from a party. He jumps out of the car and proceeds to harass Corey with his friends, until pushing him over a bridge.

When Terry's group goes to Corey's work place which is his stepfather's junkyard. While Terry, Margo and Stacy go to look for Corey, Billy remains in the car, which is where he gets encountered by Corey wearing Michael Myers' mask and is murdered when he stabbed in the eyes with two drumsticks off-screen. His body is later discovered by Terry and the rest of his friends.
