Biography[]
Billie Roscoe was a cheerleader studying at Lincoln High and was running for student council president. While at a student council meeting, government class teacher Mr. Leonard Wright introduced Vice Principal Mackey and Ms. Lorraine Heath, who were campaign advisors.
During art class, Mrs. Frederica encouraged students to express how they felt about the recent murders through art. While student mascot wearer Dennis was working on his costume, Billie approached him and asked him to help her with her campaign speech, which he happily agreed to.

At night, she practiced her speech while straightening her hair. Suddenly, a man dressed in an Abraham Lincoln costume entered her room and used a straightening iron to melt off her nose, killing her.
