Azzie is a minor character in Doctor Sleep.
Biography[]
Azzie is the hospice cat. She had the special ability of telling when someone was about to die. She would then inform Dan and he would comfort them both.
When Charlie was about to die, Azzie showed up, leading to James counting his kill, even though he didn't die on screen and his body isn't shown.
