Andre Hayworth is a minor character in Get Out.
Biography[]
Nothing is known about Andre except that he happened to be walking down Rhine Avenue, where Jeremy Armitage was hunting for African-Americans, on his way to Edgewood Road after getting lost at Edgewood Lane, half-a-mile away from Edgewood Road, which he lamented about in a call with his girlfriend, whose house he was trying to reach.
Jeremy pulled up his car next to Andre just as Andre was leaving out of fear. Jeremy then snuck up behind him and put him in a headlock, knocking him unconscious, and then proceeded to drag his body into his car.
Death[]
Andre's body was then auctioned off to a man named Logan King, and was hypnotised by Missy Armitage, Jeremy's mother and put into brain transplantation surgery lead by Dean Armitage, Jeremy's father, where Logan's mind was put into Andre's body, possessing him.
Andre resurfacing after Chris used flash to take a photo of him
Logan then used Andre's body to attend the annual get-together held at the Armitage house with Logan's wife Philomena. When Chris used flash to take a photo of Logan, he accidentally brought back Andre for a short moment who tried to warn Chris about the Armitages before being possessed again by Logan.
Later, Jim Hudson reveals that the possessed man is still alive after a brain transplant, since the part of the brain responsible for the nervous system remains unchanged, which means Andre Hayworth is still alive
