Alvin Cummings was a corrupt congressman and he went to the 4th of July Festival with an agent.
Death[]
Cummings tied with fireworks
Uncle Sam Harper kidnaps Alvin and ties him up on. Despite the deaths of a teacher, Donald Crandall, a boy named Jesse and a man named Ralph, the festivities continue, but are thrown into disarray when they see Alvin with fireworks tied to him.
Sam sets the fireworks on fire and it blows Alvin up, killing him.
