Agent Stemmons is minor character in Emesis Blue.
He is voiced by Chad Payne who also voiced The Detective, Dr. Fritz Ludwig, The Hunter, Redmond Mann, Cyclops, Maynard Conagher, and Stalingrad in the same film.
Biography[]
He is a CIA agent speaking with a deep, raspy voice during Jane Doe's debriefing and his face is always enshrouded in darkness, making his facial features impossible to see. He was also the one who was monitoring the activities of Jules Archibald. Not much else is known about him other than the fact that he knows of what happened in Conagher Slaughterhouse and Debriefs Jane Doe to extract a guarantee that he won't reveal what really happened in Conagher Slaughterhouse. As he is working to cover up the events in Conagher Slaughterhouse from the wider public, but even he was disturbed by Jane Doe's discoveries and thought its destruction to be for the best and Gives Jane Doe a seemingly sincere reassurance that the Detective will pull through his injuries, still believing both of them to be on good terms.
